Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add eggs, cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, oil, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
