A holiday favorite featuring a turkey breast glazed with a sweet and tangy cranberry orange mixture.

- 1 (3-4 pound) turkey breast, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, honey, orange zest, Dijon mustard, garlic, and thyme. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Pat the turkey breast dry and season with salt and pepper. Rub with olive oil.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan. Brush generously with the cranberry orange glaze.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 1 to 1.5 hours, basting every 20 minutes with more glaze, until the internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For a crispier skin, broil the turkey for the last 5 minutes.
