Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares; press into muffin tin.
- Fill each pastry cup with brie, cranberries, and pistachios.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and honey over low heat to make caramel.
