Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 ounces brie cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares; press into muffin tin.
  3. Fill each pastry cup with brie, cranberries, and pistachios.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
