For the Crust:
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
- Fold in chopped cranberries and pistachios, then chill the mixture until firm. Roll into balls.
