Description

A creamy feta dip blended with fresh cranberries and drizzled with spicy hot honey for a perfect sweet and tangy appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the honey and red pepper flakes over low heat for 2-3 minutes to infuse the flavor.
  3. Spread the whipped feta mixture onto a serving plate.
  4. Top with fresh cranberries and drizzle with the hot honey mixture.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately with crackers or bread.

Notes

For a spicier version, increase the red pepper flakes. This dip can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 2 days.
