A delicious pasta dish featuring creamy sauce with beef and garlic butter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon; drain excess fat if needed.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine; simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
