- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon; drain excess fat if needed.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine; simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
