- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper; drain excess fat.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer; stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked linguine and browned beef to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce. Ensure pasta is not overcooked for the best texture.
