Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring linguine tossed with savory beef and a cheesy garlic butter Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper; drain excess fat.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer; stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked linguine and browned beef to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce. Ensure pasta is not overcooked for the best texture.
