Description

A deliciously creamy pasta dish with a hint of spice from Cajun seasoning, combined with the rich flavors of Parmesan, garlic, and mozzarella.

For the Crust:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice the chicken.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth. Add the pasta and sliced chicken, tossing to coat. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
