For the Crust:
- 1 pound twisted pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sautรฉ briefly before adding heavy cream. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Slice the cooked chicken and add it to the sauce. Combine with the cooked pasta and toss until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
