A delightful twist on a creamy pasta dish with Cajun-seasoned chicken and a rich mozzarella Alfredo sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pound twisted pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sautรฉ briefly before adding heavy cream. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Slice the cooked chicken and add it to the sauce. Combine with the cooked pasta and toss until well coated.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
