Description

A rich and creamy fudge that combines the flavors of cheesecake with a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 package (12 oz) white chocolate chips
  • 1 package (7 oz) marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with aluminum foil and grease it.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  4. Stir in the white chocolate chips until melted.
  5. Add marshmallow creme, vanilla extract, and cream cheese; mix until smooth.
  6. Pour into the prepared dish and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat cream cheese and store in an airtight container.
