- 2 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 package (12 oz) white chocolate chips
- 1 package (7 oz) marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with aluminum foil and grease it.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips until melted.
- Add marshmallow creme, vanilla extract, and cream cheese; mix until smooth.
- Pour into the prepared dish and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For best results, use full-fat cream cheese and store in an airtight container.
