Scale
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package (9 ounces) spinach and cheese tortellini

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak bites with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. In the same skillet, cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  5. In the skillet, melt butter and add heavy cream, stirring until it simmers.
  6. Gradually add cheddar and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  7. Add spinach leaves and cook until wilted.
