- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package (9 ounces) spinach and cheese tortellini
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak bites with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add steak bites to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides; remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In the skillet, melt butter and add heavy cream, stirring until it simmers.
- Gradually add cheddar and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add spinach leaves and cook until wilted.
- Return the steak bites and tortellini to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat in the sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce. Ensure steak is cooked to your preferred doneness.
