For the Crust:
- 8 oz pasta (penne or your choice)
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet, leaving about 1 tablespoon. Add heavy cream and ranch seasoning to the skillet, stirring until combined.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce.
- Top with crispy bacon and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
