Description

A delicious and creamy pasta dish with tender chicken, smoky bacon, and ranch seasoning.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or your choice)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.
  4. Drain excess fat from the skillet, leaving about 1 tablespoon. Add heavy cream and ranch seasoning to the skillet, stirring until combined.
  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce.
  7. Top with crispy bacon and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
