- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Gradually add the shredded cheddar and grated parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce. Ensure pasta is not overcooked to maintain the creamy texture.
