Description

A delicious pasta dish featuring spaghetti tossed with tender chicken in a rich, creamy sauce made from cheddar, garlic, and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Gradually add the shredded cheddar and grated parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce. Ensure pasta is not overcooked to maintain the creamy texture.
