For the Crust:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add salmon fillets and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until soft. Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted. Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the fillets.
- Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the salmon.
- Serve hot.
