For the Crust:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add salmon fillets and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until soft. Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice.
  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the fillets.
  6. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the salmon.
  7. Serve hot.
