A deliciously rich and creamy chicken dish served with an indulgent cheesy linguine pasta.

For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low, add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and continue to stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce thickens.
- Meanwhile, cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and add to the skillet with the sauce. Stir in mozzarella cheese. Slice cooked chicken and serve on top of the pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.
