Description

A creamy cheese log infused with herbs and sun-dried tomatoes, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as parsley and chives), finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in the sun-dried tomatoes, fresh herbs, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a log and roll it in chopped nuts to coat.
  4. Wrap the log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Serve with crackers or sliced vegetables.

Notes

For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
