Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with Cajun seasoning until fully browned.
  3. Add Velveeta cheese to the beef, stirring until melted and creamy. Mix with the cooked rotini, and top with shredded mozzarella before serving.
