Description

A creamy pasta dish featuring tender garlic butter chicken bites coated in a rich Parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta (such as fettuccine or penne)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken bites with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; stir until sauce thickens.
  6. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and add to the sauce.
  7. Mix in the chicken bites and toss to combine.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
