- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta (such as fettuccine or penne)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken bites with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; stir until sauce thickens.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and add to the sauce.
- Mix in the chicken bites and toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
