Description

A spicy and creamy chicken dish served with rice, featuring peri peri flavors for a delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons peri peri sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Stir in peri peri sauce and bell pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. In a separate pot, cook rice according to package instructions.
  7. Serve chicken mixture over rice.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

For extra spice, add more peri peri sauce. Pairs well with vegetables.
