For the Crust:
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté garlic in a bit of olive oil until fragrant, then add shrimp and cook until pink.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, parmesan, lemon juice, and seasonings. Fold in sautéed shrimp, crab meat, and spinach.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with crusty bread or crackers.
