For the Crust:

  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté garlic in a bit of olive oil until fragrant, then add shrimp and cook until pink.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, parmesan, lemon juice, and seasonings. Fold in sautéed shrimp, crab meat, and spinach.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with crusty bread or crackers.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
