For the Crust:
- 8 oz linguine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet, stirring in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and combine with the sauce.
- Toss the cooked linguine in the sauce until well coated. Serve topped with parsley.
