For the Crust:

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. Pour heavy cream into the skillet, stirring in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  5. Return the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and combine with the sauce.
  6. Toss the cooked linguine in the sauce until well coated. Serve topped with parsley.
