- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound lobster meat, chopped
- 1 package (9 oz) ravioli pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and lobster to the skillet, cooking until shrimp turns pink and lobster is opaque, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese; simmer until sauce thickens.
- Gently fold in the cooked ravioli, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
