Description

This Shrimp Lobster Ravioli is a creamy and dreamy delight, featuring fresh seafood in a rich sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 package (9 oz) ravioli pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and lobster to the skillet, cooking until shrimp turns pink and lobster is opaque, about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese; simmer until sauce thickens.
  5. Gently fold in the cooked ravioli, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
