- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 teaspoon paprika for seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti with the beef mixture in a large bowl.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
