Description

A creamy twist on a classic spaghetti bake with Southern flavors.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon paprika for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the beef mixture in a large bowl.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
