- 1 lb steak bites
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and season with salt and pepper; cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; simmer until sauce thickens.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and add to the skillet.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For a healthier option, use low-fat cream and whole wheat tortellini.
