Description

A delicious pasta dish featuring tender steak bites, fresh vegetables, and creamy Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bites
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and season with salt and pepper; cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and mixed vegetables; sauté for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; stir until sauce is creamy and thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked steak bites and linguine to the skillet; toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

For a healthier version, use low-fat cream and add more vegetables. Pairs well with garlic bread.
