A delicious pasta dish featuring tender steak bites, fresh vegetables, and creamy Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bites
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and season with salt and pepper; cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and mixed vegetables; sauté for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; stir until sauce is creamy and thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked steak bites and linguine to the skillet; toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For a healthier version, use low-fat cream and add more vegetables. Pairs well with garlic bread.
