Description

This creamy and cheesy dish features tender steak bites in a roasted red pepper Alfredo sauce served over spaghetti.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak bites
  • 2 red bell peppers, roasted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add steak bites and cook until browned.
  3. In a blender, puree the roasted red peppers.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and pureed peppers.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens.
  6. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  7. Toss spaghetti with the sauce and steak bites.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
