Description
This creamy and cheesy dish features tender steak bites in a roasted red pepper Alfredo sauce served over spaghetti.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak bites
- 2 red bell peppers, roasted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add steak bites and cook until browned.
- In a blender, puree the roasted red peppers.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and pureed peppers.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Toss spaghetti with the sauce and steak bites.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
