Description

A creamy shrimp dish featuring Tucson-inspired flavors with garlic and cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.

Notes
