Description

A creamy and cheesy pasta dish featuring ground beef, bowtie pasta, and melted Velveeta for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups uncooked bowtie pasta
  • 1 jar (16 oz) Velveeta cheese sauce
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the Velveeta cheese sauce, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer the mixture until heated through and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.

Notes
