For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 package (9 oz) fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in Velveeta cubes until melted.
- Stir in mozzarella cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked chicken and tortellini to the sauce, stir to coat evenly, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
