For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 package (9 oz) fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.
  3. Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in Velveeta cubes until melted.
  4. Stir in mozzarella cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  5. Add cooked chicken and tortellini to the sauce, stir to coat evenly, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
