For the Crust:

  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the marinara sauce to the skillet with the beef, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the Velveeta cheese until melted and smooth. Combine with the rigatoni and serve hot.
