Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then coat evenly with the spice mixture.
- Dredge the chicken in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, spray the chicken with oil before cooking. Ensure the air fryer is not overcrowded.
