  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 strips bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Place Brussels sprouts and bacon on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden, turning halfway.
  4. In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, heavy cream, and lemon juice, stirring until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the creamy mustard sauce over the roasted Brussels sprouts and bacon before serving.
