For the Crust:
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 450ยฐF (230ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, and paprika to form a smooth batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, let excess drip off, and place onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and toss gently with buffalo sauce. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until crispy.
