- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with cheddar cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs. Serve with a side of vegetables.
