Description

A crunchy chicken dish with cheddar cheese that’s perfect for dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with cheddar cheese.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs. Serve with a side of vegetables.
