Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Fry the chicken in oil over medium heat until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Toast the bread slices.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing the crispy chicken on the bread, topped with chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and croutons.
Notes
For a healthier option, bake the chicken instead of frying. Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
