Instructions
- Clean and trim the chicken wings, then make lollipop shapes by pushing the meat to one end.
- Marinate the chicken lollipops with ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornflour, egg, and a little water to make a smooth batter.
- Dip the marinated chicken lollipops into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or pan and fry the lollipops until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
