Description

Crispy chicken wings shaped into lollipops, marinated and fried to perfection, served with a tangy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Trim the chicken wings and shape them into lollipops by pushing the meat to one end.
  2. Marinate: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger paste, and salt. Add the chicken lollipops and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Coat: Dredge the marinated chicken in flour, ensuring even coating.
  4. Fry: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken lollipops until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Serve: Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

For a healthier option, bake in the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes instead of frying.
