Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Trim the chicken wings and shape them into lollipops by pushing the meat to one end.
- Marinate: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger paste, and salt. Add the chicken lollipops and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Coat: Dredge the marinated chicken in flour, ensuring even coating.
- Fry: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken lollipops until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
- Serve: Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
For a healthier option, bake in the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes instead of frying.
