For the Crust:

  • 500g beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Coat the beef slices with cornstarch and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the beef until crispy.
  3. Add the sliced bell pepper and soy sauce, and cook for another 3 minutes.
