A fusion of classic nachos and crispy egg rolls, packed with flavor and perfect for a fun appetizer or snack.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning, following the package instructions.
  2. Place a small amount of beef, cheese, tomatoes, olives, and green onions onto each egg roll wrapper. Roll them up tightly, sealing the edges with water.
  3. Heat oil in a fryer or deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
