For the Crust:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning, following the package instructions.
- Place a small amount of beef, cheese, tomatoes, olives, and green onions onto each egg roll wrapper. Roll them up tightly, sealing the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a fryer or deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels before serving.
