Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Dip zucchini slices into the mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Place coated zucchini slices on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
