Crunchy and flavorful zucchini chips served with a creamy basil mayonnaise dipping sauce. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.

For the Crust:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Dip zucchini slices into the mixture, pressing to adhere.
  3. Place coated zucchini slices on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
