Description

These cookies combine the crunch of Oreos with creamy white chocolate for the ultimate sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed Oreos.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For extra crunch, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
