Description

A bite-sized version of the classic Italian tiramisu, combining coffee, mascarpone, and chocolate for a decadent treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 cup crushed ladyfingers
  • For the coating: 8 ounces dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add the dissolved coffee and mix well.
  3. Stir in the crushed ladyfingers until combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Dip each ball into melted dark chocolate and let set on wax paper.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
