Ingredients

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 cup crushed ladyfingers
- For the coating: 8 ounces dark chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the dissolved coffee and mix well.
- Stir in the crushed ladyfingers until combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Dip each ball into melted dark chocolate and let set on wax paper.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
