- 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 1 cup pretzel sticks
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

- 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex, Corn Chex, and pretzel sticks.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the dried dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add the dill pickle juice to the butter mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even coating.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the butter mixture. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
