Succulent lobster tails marinated in a blend of rum and spices, grilled to perfection.

For the Crust:

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup dark rum
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Split the lobster tails in half lengthwise and remove the meat.
  2. In a bowl, combine rum, olive oil, and spices. Marinate the lobster meat for 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Skewer the lobster tails and grill for 5 minutes on each side.
