Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake with a luscious dulce de leche topping.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dulce de leche
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add dulce de leche, eggs, and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
