For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup dulce de leche
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add dulce de leche, eggs, and vanilla, mixing well.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
