- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 package graham crackers
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a cake pan.
- Spread the ricotta mixture over the graham crackers.
- Top with whipped cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Slice and serve chilled.
