Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender, about 5 minutes, then chop them finely.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and firm.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
These are best served warm and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
