Description

A no-bake dessert featuring layers of graham cracker crust, sliced bananas, vanilla ice cream, and topped with chocolate syrup and whipped cream.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
  3. Layer the sliced bananas evenly over the crust.
  4. Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the bananas.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the ice cream layer.
  6. Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with maraschino cherries.

Notes

For best results, use ripe bananas and ensure the ice cream is fully softened before spreading. Store leftovers in the freezer.
