Description

Delicious meatballs glazed in sweet and tangy barbecue sauce with pineapple chunks, perfect for appetizers or main dishes.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. In a saucepan, heat barbecue sauce and pineapple chunks.
  6. Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
