Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool and peel.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- Mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, and Cajun seasoning.
- Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with green onions and chill before serving.
