Description

A spicy twist on classic deviled eggs with Cajun flavors.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool and peel.
  2. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  3. Mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, and Cajun seasoning.
  4. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Garnish with green onions and chill before serving.
